 HD Supply conversion is now completely implemented!

  • Please make sure you have ordered all your R&M and Operational items you need from HD Supply on ONE SINGLE order to maximize additional rebates to you.
  • NOTE…Items with the word “Phoenix” in the description are products specified ONLY for retrofit locations!!!!
  • Use the Rapid Order Form on the HD Supply home page to find an item and order it.
  • Use the Cross Reference Form provided for you on the Marketplace home page to help identify the correct HD item number.
  • NOTE that if the Marketplace remains idle for 60 minutes it will time you out.  The Marketplace is considered “idle” while you are shopping in the HD punch out. 
  • Shopping Cart functionality is currently in the process of being updated so the items will remain in saved carts.  If you have items placed in your “Shopping Cart” & return to the Marketplace OR get “timed out” the items WILL be removed from your cart. 
  • Change orders can ONLY be processed on accepted HD Supply POs
    • to change the ETA date          OR
    • to change the order quantity of an item by increasing, decreasing or zero out to cancel the item. 
    • NO new items can be added to a PO once you submit your order to HD.

We thank all of you for your cooperation which has made this conversion to HD successful!

If you find we are still having issues, please do not hesitate to contact your Supplier Coordinator ASAP.

Ordering Back Office and Front Office equipment is now easier with the Zones punch out. When you log into the Accor Marketplace, just click on the Zones, Inc. link at the bottom of your Buyer Home Page.

ANA is pleased to announce it has negotiated a National Account with UPS for small parcel freight. We will be able to pass substantial savings on to our Accor Economy Lodging Franchisees. The rates vary by volume and level of service off the published rates. In addition to the discounts you will also receive a rebate at the end of the year based on your total spend. We feel our partnership with UPS offers us a more versatile range of services at the most economical rates. The process to take advantage of this program is outlined below.

1. Franchisee needs to call UPS direct at 1-800-PICK-UPS to set up an account in their name.

2. Franchisee contacts Sue Martins 972-360-5848 or Linda Edwards 972-360-5851 with their UPS account number, location number, contact person on account and address of their Accor Economy Lodging property. Only one account is needed for multiple properties to receive shipments. A separate account number for each property to ship from will be required. There will also be a weekly pick-up charge at each location to be able to ship ground packages.

3. Linda will set -up a spreadsheet with the Franchise contact, account #, and address . We will then forward to our national account representative at UPS to have the accounts set-up under our national agreement.

4. UPS would then bill the franchisee direct for their shipments with our discounted rates.

5. AEL will then use the franchisee account # to ship product for their orders at a lower cost .
